FAETES DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS FOR REFUNDS. FAETES ONLY OFFERS RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE :

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date or the shipping date for online purchases. Items purchased in-store may be exchanged in-store only; make sure you have the original receipt and the item you wish to return. Items purchased online may be exchanged either online or in-store. Items sold as ONLINE EXCLUSIVE (WEB EXCLUSIVE) must be exchanged online only. Shipping fees for the original delivery of merchandise purchased online are non-refundable.


DRESSES, SKIRTS AND EVENING TOPS, OR EVENING WEAR :

FAETES offers an EXCHANGE for these items only on purchases made online.


UNDERGARMENTS – SWIMWEAR – EARRINGS – NECKLACES – SUNGLASSES, SCARVES, HATS, GLOVES, SOCKS AND TIGHTS :

FAETES offers NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS for these items, for hygienic reasons. These items are considered final sales. This policy is designed to ensure that all our customers receive safe, new products. Accessories that have been in contact with the skin or tried on up close cannot be sold again after return.


PROMOTIONAL, SALE OR CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE :

No exchange is possible on merchandise purchased on sale or clearance.


GIFT CARDS :

A lost or stolen gift card cannot under any circumstances be replaced or refunded.


ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS :

Product condition : Any merchandise eligible for exchange must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed, and original price tags must still be attached.

You must present the original receipt in-store. Faetes reserves the right to refuse any merchandise exchange if the conditions are not respected.


METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXCHANGES :

For in-store purchases, exchanges are processed according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. If you do not present the original payment card, a Gift Certificate will be issued. For online purchases, a credit via a virtual gift card will be sent to your email address.


EXCESSIVE RETURNS :

In order to always guarantee our customers an enjoyable shopping experience, we monitor return activity. In the event of excessive returns or fraud, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee, as well as limit or refuse a return request. If a restocking fee applies, a notice will appear when creating your return request.
