Modification of information on our website

Offer dates, prices or availability of items offered on our website may change without notice. We work hard to offer only the items we have in stock and to renew our inventory regularly. However, it is possible that an item, size or color may be out of stock when you place your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation indicating the date of receipt, availability and price of each item ordered. Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order placed on our website if, for example, the items ordered cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to meet your needs to the best of our ability, we reserve the right to revise an inaccurate price or item description and to cancel or refuse an order for an item with an inaccurate price or description. These corrections may be made after the order has been accepted.

Sales tax

In Canada, Faetes Clothing Inc. charges sales tax on products ordered through this website. The sales tax rate that will apply to an order depends on the shipping address of the order. In Canada and the provinces, applicable sales taxes will be added to all orders in all provinces. The sale of a gift card is not taxable. When used to pay for a purchase, a gift card is a form of payment in the same way as cash. Taxes must therefore be calculated on the price of each item sold, before the value of the gift card is deducted.
