Delivery charges apply to each order.
Orders can be shipped by a variety of transport companies, anywhere in Canada. You choose the address that suits you best (home, office, friends or family) and off you go!
We currently do business with several shipping companies, including Canada Post, Nationex and Intelcom, UPS, etc. To ensure the best possible experience, our web ordering systems automatically define the carrier that will provide the most efficient service.
Once your order is on its way, you can track it using the tracking number indicated on the shipping confirmation.
Please note that P.O. boxes are not accepted for delivery.
Shipping time may vary between 4 and 10 business days within Canada. It may take longer outside Canada due to customs in your country.
Gift cards will be mailed or sent virtually (virtually if your bag contains no other items).
FREE IN-STORE DELIVERY
You can pick up your Web order at our store, completely free of charge. It usually takes about 7 business days. You'll receive an e-mail when your package arrives in store and is ready for pickup. Photo ID will be required for pick-up.
Please note: items offered online only (Web exclusives) cannot be delivered in-store and can only be returned online.
We encourage you to bring your own reusable bags. There is no charge for our in-store bags at this time, but our policy may change in the future, in an ongoing effort to minimize the production of new bags.
